We offer free standard shipping across the United States. Most orders are delivered within 1–2 business days after processing.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email us at contacto@trenzorio.com to start a return.

The first few minutes may feel intense as your body adjusts to the pressure points. Most users find that after 5–10 minutes the sensation becomes warm and relaxing. We recommend starting with a thin layer of clothing if you are sensitive.

We recommend starting with 10–15 minutes and gradually increasing to 20–30 minutes as your body gets used to it. Many users incorporate it into their evening routine before bed.

Each set includes 1 acupressure mat and 1 neck pillow. Both are designed to work together for a full back and neck reset.
